One of my favorite things to make in the summer is tsatsiki. It’s easy to make and tastes really good. I use homemade yogurt usually but this time I didn’t have any so I bought some that came in a returnable glass jar. Here are the ingredients you need to make tsatsiki:
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped (picked this outside)
- 1/2 tsp salt
Grate the cucumber and put it in a dish towel. Squeeze out the extra juice.
Add yogurt, mint and salt. Mix well.
Serve with homemade crackers or eat with falafel and pita bread (recipes coming soon).
