The point of this blog is to cook with ingredients that don’t have packaging. I tried to reduce plastic use back in 2011 when I was in high school and I noticed that most of the plastic trash I was throwing out was being generated in the kitchen. When I started this blog I lived at home and my dad paid for groceries, so it was easy to be a perfect zero waster. I’m in my 20s now so things are different.
